Rules for using My Customer subscription software.

These Terms govern use of My Customer's website, web app, and Android app ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

My Customer is SaaS for local businesses: sales, customers, loyalty points, and WhatsApp follow-ups. Features may change. It is a business tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a business, you have authority to bind it.

3. Accounts

  • Keep registration details accurate.
  • Protect your login credentials.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access to info@mycustomerapp.in.

4. Billing

See our pricing page and Refund Policy.

  • Free — core features at no charge. Free Android may show ads.
  • Paid — premium benefits shown at checkout.
  • Renewal — billed monthly or yearly until cancelled.
  • Payments — processed by Razorpay.
  • Cancel — from Profile → Subscription. Takes effect immediately; you return to Free.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, spam, malware, unauthorized access, or rights violations.

You are responsible for customer consent before messaging on WhatsApp and for complying with applicable laws.

6. Your data

  • You own the business data you enter.
  • You grant us a limited license to host and process it to run the Service.
  • For end-customer data, you are the controller; we are the processor.
  • Export data in-app or contact support before closure.

7. IP and third parties

We own the Service, software, and branding. Third-party services (AWS, Google, Razorpay, WhatsApp) have their own terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) INR 5,000, EXCEPT WHERE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THIS LIMIT.

9. Termination

  • Stop using the Service anytime.
  • Delete your account by emailing info@mycustomerapp.in.
  • We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, fraud, or legal requirement.
